How long is the card valid?
18 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the card.
Which houses is the card valid for?
The “Wellness midweek break” (arrival Sunday to Thursday) and “Wellness weekend” getaways take place at Maison Raphaël (4 guests), with indoor pool and sauna: two nights. The “Family reunion” getaway takes place at Maison Auguste (6 guests): three nights midweek (arrival Sunday to Thursday) or two nights at the weekend. Getaways are valid outside school holidays and public holidays; extras are charged separately. The “Custom amount” card can be used at either Maison Raphaël (4 guests) or Maison Auguste (6 guests).
Gifted massages take place during a stay at Maison Raphaël (4 guests), home to the wellness area. Villa Marceau (10 guests) is not available as a gift card.
How do the gifted massages work?
The massage takes place right in your gîte, in peace, with no need to get back in the car: just let go. Two treatments to choose from, with massage oils made with essential oils:
- Back massage, 30 minutes (€45) : to release the neck, shoulders and back, ideal after the drive or a long week.
- Full-body massage, 1 hour (€65) : a true moment of letting go, from head to toe, to leave feeling light.
Treatments are for one person at a time. We set the time with the recipient along with the dates of the stay.
How do I book with a gift card?
Contact us on +33 6 78 46 25 11 or at lesmaisonsdegiroudet@gmail.com with the card code, and we will set the dates together, subject to availability. Weekends, school holidays and festive dates (Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day) are in high demand, so do get in touch well in advance.
Can the card be refunded or changed?
The card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The “Custom amount” card works like a voucher: its value is deducted from the price of your stay. For example, with a €300 “Custom amount” card for a €360 stay, you simply pay the remaining €60. The getaways (“Wellness midweek break”, “Wellness weekend”, “Family reunion”…) cover the stay described on the card.
How is the card delivered?
As soon as you pay, the card appears as a PDF ready to download, and a receipt is emailed to you. You can find it again at any time with its code and your email.
